Where we deliver - United Kingdom.
How long it takes - Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and are usually delivered within 4 business days of ordering. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control and we are not responsible for delays in transit. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the order date, contact us at hello@ombriel.com with your order number and we will trace the parcel and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund you.
What it costs - Delivery within the UK is free.
Tracking - You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also follow the order from the link in your order confirmation email.
Problems - If a parcel is late or arrives damaged, email with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.
