How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days and are usually delivered within 4 days of ordering.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control and delays can happen, especially around bank holidays and in bad weather.

If it has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the order date, email us at hello@ombriel.com with your order number. We will trace the parcel and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund you.

What it costs

Delivery within the UK is free.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also see order status from the link in your order confirmation email.

Damaged on arrival

If a parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.
